We don't believe in authoring materials and lesson sequences in a web browser. LC Author is a dedicated application on your PC that gives you lightning-fast edits — no more waiting for the browser to reload after every submission or content change. Your entire collection of courses, units, lessons, exercises, and questions stays on your own computer. When you're ready, just upload what you need to your LC Learn account to deliver it to your groups.
Your content belongs to you, not to us — and it stays usable in whatever tools come next.

LC Learn is the student-side experience: clean, minimal, and distraction-free. It gives learners a simple way to complete activities from any device, without needing a heavy LMS.
Students can join activities through a teacher-generated access code. You can keep learners anonymous if you wish, making it easier to respect privacy and work with younger students.
Designed by a teacher who watched LMS systems defeated by admin layers and endless clicking, Setup Mode lets you create groups and enrol students at the start of term with a minimum of clicks. Your students can see their assignments without having to provide private information online. No spreadsheets, no bulk imports, no IT department required.
LC Learn automatically scores common question types and shows learners immediate feedback. You can quickly see how a class did overall, without spending your evening hand-marking every answer.
Decide once how you want students to experience your lessons — show answers after submission? Limit quiz attempts? Shuffle questions? Set your preferences one time at the top level and they apply everywhere, automatically. If you need a different rule for a specific course or a particular group assignment, just override it there. All the power of a full LMS settings panel, but designed so that a time-pressed teacher never has to think about it twice.
Coming 2027
LC Classroom will extend the Lesson Commons™ platform into a lightweight learning management system (LMS) — without the complexity and overhead of the big enterprise systems.
Planned capabilities include class and group management, progress tracking, shared content libraries for teaching teams, school branding, and departmental areas for larger organisations.
